What if I need to change my shipping address?

If you made a mistake with your address, or need to update the information, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update the details only if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet.

Once an order is shipped, we can’t make changes, but you may be able to request a redirection through Australia Post depending on their system. If that’s the case, we can guide you through it.
