2. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability.
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This is not a guarantee of acceptance of your order, but confirmation that we have received it.
Prices, availability, and delivery times are subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Australia): Free shipping nationwide. Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days.
Same-Day Dispatch: Black and White ponchos and items from the Eco-Products range are dispatched the same day if ordered before 12:00 PM.
Customised Ponchos: Made especially for you after ordering, delivery may take up to one additional week.
International Shipping: Currently, Latina Beach operates locally in Australia. International shipping may be arranged on request — please contact us directly.
Tracking information will be provided for all orders via email.

4. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.
Free return shipping for eligible items.
No restocking fees — full refunds issued once the item is received and inspected.
Customised ponchos are non-returnable, except if defective.
All refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Product Information

We strive to ensure all product images and descriptions are accurate.
Because all ponchos are handmade and hand-dyed, each piece is unique and may vary slightly from the images.
Colours may appear different depending on screen settings.

6. Payments

Payments are accepted via the payment methods available at checkout.
Payment must be successfully processed before an order is accepted.
