Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Latina Beach, we want you to love your ponchos. If there is a problem with your poncho please note how returns work:

Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customised ponchos (made specifically for you) are non-returnable, except if defective.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us via email at hoa@latinabeach.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

  3. Send the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges:

  • Exchanges are possible for size or colour changes if available in stock.

  • Contact us first to check availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If your poncho arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately, via e-mail with details and image. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
