How long does delivery take?

Once you place an order with us, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your order and that it’s being processed.
Because we offer free shipping Australia-wide, standard delivery usually takes 4–6 business days.

As soon as your parcel is picked up by our carrier, you’ll receive your tracking information via email from Shippit. Simply click the link in the email and enter your tracking number to see where your parcel is and when it’s expected to arrive.

Please note:
Our Black and White ponchos can be dispatched on the same day your order is placed, as well as any items from our Eco-Products range.

Customised ponchos take a little longer — they are handmade specially for you after your order is placed, so delivery may take up to one additional week.
