I haven't received my order yet, what do I do?

Don’t panic — we’re here to help!
If your order hasn’t arrived, here are the first steps to follow:

1. Check your tracking number

  • Open the tracking link you received by email.

  • If the tracking shows no movement for more than a few days, please contact us and we’ll look into it for you.

2. If the parcel shows as “Delivered” but you don’t have it

  • Check with your local post office — sometimes parcels are kept there for collection.

  • Ask your neighbours or building reception, as parcels are often left with the closest safe address.
