How do I start a return or refund?

Starting a return or exchange is simple.

Just contact us through our Contact Form or via email at hola@latinabeach.com.au, including your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days and provide the prepaid return label or refund process.

For refund and exchange:

If you want to exchange your item for a different size or colour, let us know in your message — exchanges are also free if the product is damaged with the brand tags on. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll ship out your exchange or process your refund right away.
