When will my order be shipped and delivered?

We work as quickly as possible to prepare your order.

Most orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days, the only exception is the hand-dye poncho.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Delivery times will depend on your location in Australia, but most parcels arrive within 2–6 business days.

During busy seasons or sales events, shipping may take slightly longer, but we always do our best to keep things fast and smooth.
