When will I receive my refund?

After your returned item arrives at our warehouse, please allow 3–7 business days for our team to inspect and process it. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Keep in mind that banks and payment providers may take an additional few days to show the refund on your statement. If you haven’t seen the refund after 10 business days, simply get in touch and we will help you follow up.
